Compass Minerals is acknowledging International Workers’ Memorial Day today with a moment of silence across all sites at 9 a.m. CT. Every year, April 28 is a time of remembrance and action for workers killed, disabled, injured or made ill by their work.

“Safety is essential,” said Allen Dupree, senior vice president, environment, health, safety and sustainability. “Our goal is zero harm. We work continuously to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on our team.”
