Edward C. Dowling Jr. will become the company’s president and chief executive officer and continue serving as a member of its board of directors, effective Jan. 18, 2024.

Dowling brings more than 30 years of leadership experience and international mining expertise to the president and CEO role. A former petty officer in the U.S. Navy, he earned a Bachelor of Science in mining engineering and mineral processing, a Master of Science in mineral processing, and a Doctorate in mineral processing from Pennsylvania State University.
