Compass Minerals announces the appointment of Jon Chisholm and Shane Wagnon to the company’s board of directors.

Chisholm is the managing director for Koch Disruptive Technologies. Wagnon is vice president for Koch Carbon, LLC.

With their appointment, the company’s board has expanded to 12 members.
