Compass Minerals announces Sarah Wiltse has rejoined the company as vice president, human resources, corporate.

Wiltse will be responsible for leading the global executive compensation and total rewards centers of excellence, providing strategic business partner support for finance, IT, corporate affairs and legal functions, and for ensuring flawless execution of all corporate HR operations. This includes recruiting, enterprise onboarding, payroll, and HR systems and analytics.

She brings both a creative and a disciplined approach to developing attractive, market-competitive compensation and benefits programs, while also working collaboratively across the business to build our capability to attract and retain top talent.

Wiltse has a diverse portfolio of human resources and operations expertise with nearly two decades of leadership experience, most recently as total rewards vice president at H&R Block. She previously joined Compass Minerals in early 2018 as director, careers and compensation. Prior to joining Compass Minerals in 2018, Wiltse spent 14 years at Union Pacific Railroad in roles of progressing responsibility, including senior director of compensation, director of network operations and director of recruiting operations.

She received a dual Bachelor of Arts from Graceland University in international business and business administration with a management emphasis.
