Missouri Lawyers Media recently recognized Mary Frontczak, chief legal and administrative officer and corporate secretary, as a recipient of the 2020 In-House Counsel Award.

The In-House Counsel Award program was established in 2017 to honor in-house counsel at all levels “who among other things, navigate complicated contract negotiations, steer high-stakes litigation and defend their companies’ assets.” Frontczak was honored in the category for attorneys representing public companies.
