Today, Compass Minerals published its Fiscal 2022 ESG Report.

The report highlights areas of focus over the past year regarding key environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues important to the company and its stakeholders. Within the report, the company also shares progress toward its fiscal 2025 ESG goals and targets.

The structure and disclosures of the report align with leading sustainability reporting frameworks, namely the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Compass Minerals also looked to the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to help inform its reporting.
