Compass Minerals Names New VP of Supply Chain
Compass Minerals has appointed David Tucker as vice president, supply chain.
In this role, David will guide a cohesive Supply Chain strategy across departments to better serve the company’s Salt and Plant Nutrition customer base. He’ll be responsible for supporting Compass Minerals’ organizational strategy by implementing cost-effective best practices in the movement of bulk and packaged products through the distribution network.
Tucker brings more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, most recently as senior vice president, Supply Chain and Logistics Prior at Lafarge Holcim North America. In his most recent role, he was responsible for all North America supply chain operations, including 400 employees and a logistics spend of $1 billion.
David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and his Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
