Compass Minerals announces the appointment of Melissa M. Miller to the company’s board of directors. She brings to the board more than 20 years of broad leadership experience in human resources management.

Miller will serve on the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee and the Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee of the board. With her appointment, the company’s board has expanded to 10 members.
