Compass Minerals announces Clint Parham has joined the company as vice president of lithium process and technology.

Parham will be responsible for leading the process engineering team and ensuring the coordination of research and development activities associated with the design, operation and continuous improvement of the company’s lithium production facilities.

Parham previously served as senior process technology director of the Asia Pacific region for Albemarle Corporation. He brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in specialty chemical plant operations and project execution.

Parham received a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University and studied thermodynamics and mathematical modeling in a Louisiana State University chemical engineering master’s program.
