Sporting Kansas City announced today that Compass Minerals is now a First Team Partner with the MLS team.

For the last two years, Compass Minerals has served as Sporting KC’s Official Plant Nutrition and Salt Provider. The company has treated the team’s home field and super pitch at its elite training facilities with its specialty plant nutrition portfolio. And in the winter, Compass Minerals helps keep players, fans and other visitors safe with premium deicing products.

As a First Team Partner, Compass Minerals’ name will now be on the team’s official jersey sleeve. Additionally, the company receives naming rights to the Pinnacle National Development Center and Wyandotte Sporting Fields.
