Robert Marsh, a partner at Corporate Counsel Group, has served as outside general counsel to Compass Minerals since 1998. As outside counsel, Mr. Marsh assists Compass Minerals with a range of legal, business and intellectual property issues, and represents the company as transaction counsel in acquisitions, divestitures, licensing and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Corporate Counsel Group at its formation in 1998, Mr. Marsh was a Partner at Blackwell Sanders Matheny Weary & Lombardi.
Mr. Marsh holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Wichita State University, a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Licensed Patent Attorney. |
