Anthony Sepich joined the company as senior vice president, salt in November 2016. Mr. Sepich is responsible for leading the salt division and developing and executing strategies that maximize the earnings and operational efficiency of the company’s highway deicing and consumer and industrial businesses. In this role, Mr. Sepich is responsible for the safety, productivity and efficiency of the company’s salt mining and manufacturing operations.
Mr. Sepich joined the company from Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), one of the world’s largest agricultural processors, where he most recently served as president of ADM Corn Europe. At ADM, he established ADM’s first wholly owned starch footprint in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined ADM in 1997 and served in numerous capacities, primarily focused in ADM’s cocoa division, where he held positions in risk management and sales, including vice president of sales. He has a solid track record of profit growth in the commodities industry, transforming corporate vision into actionable plans, and building relationships between customers, suppliers, strategic partners and staff.
Mr. Sepich holds a Bachelor of Science in biological science and a Master of Science in agribusiness economics and from Southern Illinois University.
