Compass Minerals continued to execute on our strategic initiatives throughout 2015, while weathering some short-term challenges.

In this year’s annual report we focus on the company’s multi-year plan to improve our businesses and further invest in our assets, which we expect will drive meaningful growth. We also highlight the additional steps we have taken to further our geographic reach through acquisitions and to expand our commitment to sustainability through the publication of our first Global Reporting Initiative-based sustainability report.
