Victoria Heider joined Compass Minerals as vice president, human resources, in 2004, with responsibility for human resources strategies, policies and procedures for the firm’s more than 1,500 employees.
Ms. Heider joined Compass Minerals with more than 20 years of human resources experience, most recently as vice president, global networks, with responsibility for human resources and business planning functions, at Aquila, Inc., an electric and gas utility. She is a past president of the Kansas City chapter of the Human Resources Management Association and a former member of the board of directors of the Kansas City chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management.
Ms. Heider holds a B.A. in human resources and psychology from Ottawa University of Kansas City, and certifications in mediation, facilitation training, and advanced human resources management. |
